'Death of the Banshee'

As part of our month long exhibition from the ESB archives, retired ESB worker, Bernard O'Connell, will be showing the film 'Death of the Banshee,' the story of the electrification of rural Ireland, in Nenagh Library on Tuesday, 19th May at 6.30pm.

Bernard will speak about this fundamental transformation of Irish society on the night. A fascinating exhibition and a must see talk for everyone, we urge people not to miss this on the 19th.
