Four incidents for Killaloe Coast Guard

At 8.30am on Wednesday, May 25, Killaloe Coast Guard was tasked to investigate multiple life rings floating in the water near Killaloe Bridge. The unit members responded and found all the life rings had been removed during the night and thrown into the water

On Saturday, May 28, the drone team was requested to travel to Kilkee and assist Kilkee Coast Guard unit with an ongoing missing person search between Kilkee and Loop Head. 

Also on Saturday, the unit's boat crew was tasked to assist An Garda Síochána at Ballina slipway and the Two-Mile-Gate area.

At 1pm on Sunday, May 29, Killaloe Coast Guard was tasked to a vessel aground at Ballyvalley. The 22-foot power boat was taken on tow to deep water where the skipper was able to take control of the vessel again.
