After being caught at the death in the drawn game a week previous, Lorrha endured further heartache as Knockavilla Kickhams claimed the County Junior 'B' Camogie Championship title on Sunday.

This replay was a totally different game from the first game last week where Lorrha got the early breaks but allowed Knockavilla back into the game. In this replay, it was Knockavilla who got the early breaks and built from there.
Knockavilla’s ability to take their goal chances was the difference between the sides on the day with Kerry Anne Walsh and Averyl Fryday blasting home the big ones in the first half while Ereena Fryday’s goal from a second half penalty sealing the deal for the West Tipp club.

Both sides looked nervous and tense at the start, more so Lorrha who were finding it hard to settle into the game. Their game plan was affected due to the loss of two of their better players, Megan O'Meara and Grainne Hough through injury from the drawn game. That said, the sides were still relatively evenly matched.
