Extension granted for Nenagh housing plan

An extension of duration of planning permission has been granted for a development of 57 residential units in Nenagh.

Tom Grace has permission for the construction of 57 units comprising 34 two-storey semi-detached houses, nine detached dormer houses, three two-storey detached houses, three two-storey terraced houses, eight apartments, a crèche and site works at Ciamaltha Meadows, Nenagh.

Tipperary Co Council last month extended the duration of the permission until December 31st 2021. A condition was attached that the developer must lodge a bond of €627,000 (€11,000 per unit) to ensure adequate standard of development and maintenance for the benefit of residents until the development is taken in charge by the local authority.
