Restaurant plan for nenagh

Tipperary Co Council has received a planning application for a new restaurant in Nenagh.

Northumberland Trust Compant Ltd is seeking permission to provide a restaurant between Figgerty's and Una Powell's pubs on Summerhill.  The application seeks a change of use of an existing residential dwelling into a restaurant with internal alterations, new front entrance glazing and alterations to rear facade, and demolition of existing storage sheds to the rear with ancillary site works and landscaping.
Dublin based agent BK Architects said the applicant does not wish to comment further on the matter at this stage. The council is to issue a decision on the application by November 2nd.
