Sponsored dog walk in nenagh

May 31st is fast approaching and it is once again time to get out the walking shoes and  dog leads to get ready for the Tipperary Friends of Animals Annual Sponsored Dog Walk.
Every year, the Tipperary Friends of Animals hold their sponsored dog walk in Nenagh to raise the much needed funds to care for the ever increasing volume of unwanted, abandoned, injured and neglected dogs and cats.
The recent raid and closure of the Carlow puppy farm resulted in the rescue of many dogs, six of whom were taken in by the Tipperary Friends of Animals.  These unfortunate puppies have known nothing but neglect and hardship and need special care and attention before they can be rehomed.
So, please help these and other unfortunate animals by phoning Linda on 086-8163707 for a sponsorship card or collecting one at our charity shop in Friary Lane. It will be a fun day with refreshments at the end of the walk, which starts at Banba Square at 3pm on Sunday 31st May. Your dogs will love the walk, so don’t disappoint them!
