Drink driving arrests in local district

Eight motorists were arrested on suspicion of drink driving in the local district in September.

Five arrests were made locally in the first three weeks of the month. Three arrests were made in Nenagh with two in Roscrea.

Three motorists were arrested on suspicion of drink driving in the last week at Roscrea, Nenagh and Newport.
