Connaught Rangers exhibition in Portumna Castle

The Connaught Rangers Association are pleased to announce that PJ Maloney, Chairman, CRA, will launch Ranging Memories exhibition in Portumna Castle on Thursday, October 1.

The exhibition comprises of 12 pop-up displays portraying the history and personal stories of those who served in this famous regiment.

The event will begin at 3pm with a short talk on why and how we remember the Connaught Rangers. The regiment was raised by Earl of Clanricard in Portumna Castle in 1793. The exhibition will continue for four weeks.

There is free admission to the launch and the exhibition runs throughout October.
