Hugely successful music festival

The 2026 SCS Killaloe Music Festival was hugely successful due to the commitment, expertise and organisational skills of the hard-working organising committee; the amazing musicians, that included schoolchildren from Primary Schools in Killaloe, Ballina, Boher, Bridgetown and Ogonnelloe, and Munster Academy students, who all put so much energy and passion into the performances; all the volunteers who made the event possible, and the loyal and appreciative audiences.

This was the biggest festival to date, with soldout shows, standing ovations and audiences from across Ireland and beyond. There was a real sense that something special was happening all weekend long.

One of the highlights was seeing the new pedestrianised Cathedral Quarter come alive. Between concerts, the street became a place to meet, chat, linger and soak up the atmosphere, creating a festival buzz unlike anything experienced before.

We are all looking forward to SCS Killaloe Music Festival 2027.
