Nenagh Library recently welcomed Órla Murphy, MSc, Positive Health Coach, founder of Reversible Health and EMCC Accredited Senior Practitioner, as guest speaker for a special talk hosted as part of the nationwide Healthy Ireland at Your Library initiative.

Órla led an engaging and insightful session that resonated strongly with the local community. Opening with her personal journey and professional background, she introduced attendees to the six fundamental pillars of lifestyle medicine. The interactive discussion examined current dietary habits and their long-term health impacts, focusing on the concept of “food as poison versus food as medicine” and offering practical strategies for building healthier daily habits.
