Best of Luck to Nenagh Eire Og and Borrisokane who contest the Senior and Intermediate hurling semi-finals this weekend. Also to Roscrea and Templederry Kenyons who contest the Relegation Finals.

Junior ‘B’ Hurling

Best of luck to Ballina and Newport who play the County Junior ‘B’ Hurling quarter finals this weekend.

The Watch Centre Junior ‘C’ Hurling Championship

The Junior ‘C’ Hurling Final was postponed last weekend as a mark of respect to the late Eoin Ryan of Silvermines.

The game has been refixed for this Sunday 27th September at 3.00pm in Portroe between Ballina and Silvermines.

Minor Hurling

Well done to Newport and Naomh Eoin on winning their respective County Minor ‘A’ & ‘B’ Hurling semi-finals last weekend.

Under 14 Hurling

Borris-Ileigh and Ballina will contest the North U14 Hurling ‘B’ Final after their semi-final wins last week.

In the ‘A’ grade, Roscrea beat Toomevara on Monday evening with the other semi-final being postponed.

Sympathies

The North Board extends its sympathies to Ballinahinch GAA Club and the Berkery family on the passing of Mike Berkery, President of Ballinahinch GAA club.

Also to the Ryan Family and Silvermines GAA club on the Passing of Eoin Ryan, a former player who won North Intermediate Hurling medals in 1994 & 1997 and captained Silvermines to an U21 ‘B’ North title in 1992. Eoin’s sons are part of the Silvermines panel who will contest the North Junior ‘C’ Final this weekend.
