Shorelines 2026 kick-off

The 2026 Shorelines Visual Arts Exhibition was launched last Sunday in the Irish Workhouse Centre, Portumna and runs until September 20 from 11am-5pm daily.

The exhibition includes the work of four invited artists: Janet Graham, Dee Ci, Thomasina Early and Avia Gurman Murphy, alongside a wide variety of work from local amateur artists. Special guest jewellery artist Silvia of Jandy jewellery also demonstrated her work during the opening.

The fifth invited artist for the 2026 Shorelines Arts Festival is Olga Byrne, whose work will be on display at Portumna Castle Gallery until September 30t from 10am- 5pm daily, along with Small Spaces, a photographic exhibition by Portumna Camera Club.
