The Watch Centre Junior ‘B’ Hurling Championship

The draw for the North semi-finals took place last week with Ballina being drawn at home to Roscrea and Borrisokane at home to Newport. Check Tipperary.gaa.ie for fixture details.

The Watch Centre Junior ‘C’ Hurling Championship

There is one group stage game remaining this weekend with Borris-Ileigh taking on Silvermines, following which the semi-final pairings will be known for the games on the first weekend of September.

Ger Gavin Home Interiors Minor Hurling Championships

The finals of the three Minor Hurling Championships will take place this weekend.

First up on Saturday, 29th August at 6.00pm in Puckane, Lorrha take on Newport in the ‘C’ final, while on Sunday there is a double-header in Nenagh, with the ‘B’ final will throw in at 2.00pm between Moneygall and Naomh Eoin, to be followed by the ‘A’ final between Newport and Kilruane MacDonaghs at 3.45pm.

Under 16 Hurling

The semi-finals of the ‘A’ & ‘B’ hurling championships took place on Monday.

In the ‘A’, Newport defeated Nenagh Eire Og and Toomevara edged past Kilruane MacDonaghs, while in the ‘B’, Moneygall got the better of Lorrha while Kiladangan were too good for Borris-Ileigh.

The finals are scheduled for Saturday September 6th.

Under 12 Hurling Finals

This Saturday, 29th August, Cloughjordan will host the four North U12 hurling finals. See GAA Scoreboard for fixtures.
