Change of plan for Nenagh apartments

Tipperary Co Council has received a planning application seeking to provide 11 new apartments in Nenagh.

Seamus Sheahan is seeking amendments to a previously approved planning permission for eight apartments at Glebe Lane, Kenyon St.

The amendments consist of internal alterations resulting in a total of 11 apartments – six one-bedroom and five studio apartments – in a four-storey block with balconies, bin storage, bike storage and all associated site development works on the site of an existing warehouse.

The council is to decide on the application by September 10.
