Successful Templemore Lady Captain’s Prize

Lady Captain Michelle Hassett's Captain's Prize was played over two wonderful days in July, culminating on Saturday, July 11. The event was a tremendous success, with a fantastic turnout of players who came together to support Michelle on this very special occasion. Michelle was a gracious and welcoming host throughout the competition, and the large entry reflected the respect and appreciation in which she is held by the membership.

Her dedication, enthusiasm and commitment to Templemore Golf Club throughout her captaincy have been greatly valued and were evident in the success of the event. The prize presentation took place in the clubhouse on Saturday evening, sincere gratitude to everyone who helped make the occasion such a memorable and enjoyable celebration.

Appreciation to all the competitors for their support and participation over the two days. Tributes to the course management and grounds staff for presenting the course in excellent condition, providing golfers with a superb playing surface throughout the competition and to the many volunteers whose hard work behind the scenes ensured that every aspect of the event ran smoothly.

Particularly acknowledgment to the Ladies Committee and all the lady members for their tremendous assistance, encouragement and support in the lead-up to and during the event. Reflecting on the occasion, Michelle can be deeply appreciative of the friendship, generosity and goodwill shown to her by members and guests alike.

The wonderful support she received made her Captain's Prize a truly memorable milestone, one that she will cherish for many years to come.
