Household waste inspections in Tipp

A total of 206 household waste surveys were carried out on houses in Co Tipperary to 18th May.

The compliancy rate to date is 64% with 132 householders providing evidence of their waste service providers.

The councill's Environment Section continues to engage with home owners/occupiers in an effort to encourage full compliance.

Fixed penalty notices will issue in cases where there is non-compliance.
