Housing plan for Nenagh

Tipperary Co Council has received a planning application for a development of six houses beside an existing estate in Nenagh.

Tony Delaney and Gerard Walsh are seeking permission for six two-storey dwellings in two terrace blocks of three dwellings at Coille Bheithe estate, St Conlon’s Road and rear of an existing dwelling at St Conlon’s Road.

The plan also involves removal of an existing shed structure, alterations to existing boundary to provide new site entrance, access road and footpath from the existing Coille Bheithe estate, new site boundary treatments, new waste, water and utility service connections, and all associated site works

A decision is due from the council by May 25 next.
