Housing cluster for Boher

Tipperary Co Council has received a planning application relating to a proposal for six houses in Boher.

Robert O’Connor is applying for the erection of an entrance road suitable for a development of a cluster of six houses at Ballinteenoe, Boher. The plan includes public lighting, footpath, watermains and ducting for other services.

Mr O’Connor is also seeking outline permission for six dwelling houses and an effluent treatment system for each house, as well as all associated site works.

A decision is due from the council by May 7.
