Extension plan for Nenagh shop

Tipperary Co Council has received a planning application for an extension of the Mr Price premises in Nenagh.

Corajio Unlimited Company, trading as Mr Price Branded Bargains, is planning the construction of an extension to the side of the existing premises on Martyrs Road. The plan is to widen the existing shop entrance to the front façade, with new façade signage.

Retention permission is also sought for a totem sign, parking lot entrance standing sign and existing signage to the front façade, along with permission for all associated site works.
