O’Meara welcomes Borris’ funding

Cllr Michael O’Meara has welcomed the allocation of €25,000 to carry out development work including drainage, resurfacing and kerbing at Borrisokane Playground.

The local councillor has been working to have this very necessary work carried out and says he is delighted to have been informed that funding is being made available at last week's meeting of Tipperary County Council.

“This is great news for parents and, of course, for the many children who enjoy the facilities in the park,” he said.
