North Tipp cancer support services providing phone help

During these unprecedented times, where Covid-19 has been the main health concern since March, we are very aware that cancer has not gone away.

The Suaimhneas Cancer Support Centre in Nenagh remains closed until further notice; however, we are reaching out to you by providing a phone support service. This service has been provided since our closure and will remain in place until the centre reopens.

Another service that has been in place since we closed is our counselling service, which is provided by a professional counsellor. This is set up by appointment and carried out remotely by phone where you can speak with our professional counsellor. These services are delivered in a private and confidential environment.

To avail of these services, you can contact Anne Gleeson, manager of the Nenagh centre at 086 897 1704 / 067 37403 or Catherine Harty at the Roscrea outreach centre at 087 123 6696, or Anna Ryan of Suir Haven in Thurles, 0504 21197.
