All Ireland fever has well and truly taken hold of Tipperary!

Details on allocations of precious tickets to clubs will become known in the coming days with the county set to get just under 9,500 stand tickets and 5,500 to the terraces. Already club PROs have been inundated with a record numbers of requests from supporters for a chance to view the mouth-watering All Ireland final decider between the Premier County and Kilkenny at Croke Park on Sunday week, August 18th.

As momentum builds for the big day so does the response to The Guardian's inspiring 'Tipperary Day' on Friday, August 16th. This newspaper is encouraging everyone to wear the blue and gold jersey and bedeck their homes, workplaces and vehicles in the county colours - in a resounding show of support for the team.
