Macra na Feirme Election details finalised

Macra na Feirme has announced its dates and venues for its hustings as the rural youth body seeks to elect three vice-presidents (Leinster, Munster and the North-West) and a national president for 2019 – 2021. 

 

The hustings venues are detailed below: 

·         Monday 11^th March – Talbot Hotel, Co Carlow

·         Wednesday 13^th March – Oakwood Hotel, Shannon, Co Clare

·         Monday 18^th March – McWilliam Park Hotel, Claremorris, Co Mayo

·         Wednesday 20^th March – Newgrange Hotel, Navan, Co Meath

·         Monday 25^th March – Vienna Woods Hotel, Glanmire, Cork

·         Wednesday 27^th March – Lough Allen Hotel, Drumshanbo, CoLeitrim

 

The closing dates for receipt of nominations papers are March 6^th at 5pm.

 

 

The date for the issuing of ballot papers and the election date 2019 are as follows: 

Issue of Ballot Papers March 20^th; Close of receipt of Ballot Papers April 10th at 1pm.

Election Date April 10^th.
