Ballina housing plan appealed

A plan to build 10 new houses in Ballina has been referred to An Bord Pleanála.

Tipperary Co Council recently refused planning permission to McKeogh Brothers (Ballina) Ltd for construction of the final phase of the Ard Coillte housing development. This phase of the development was to consist of 10 detached houses, four garages, connection to the public services, roads, footpaths, open space areas and ancillary site development works.

The applicant has since appealed the council's decision to An Bord Pleanála.
