Craft brewery plan for Aglish

Tipperary Co Council is to consider another planning application for a craft brewery, this time in Aglish.

Ruaidhri Deasy has advertised his intention to apply to the authority for permission to change the use of an existing out building at Fortmoy House, a Protected Structure, from agricultural to commercial. Mr Deasy plans to develop a craft brewery with ancillary process water effluent treatment. The development will involve an application for a waste license.

Last year the council granted planning permission for a craft beer microbrewery at the former temperance hall in Roscrea.
