History of 'Hanging Judge's' Nenagh residence

The popular 'Talking History at Steeples' continues on Monday morning next, April 11th, at 11am.

John Flannery, Ormond Historical Society, will explore the history of Rapla House. This forgotten ruin on the outskirts of Nenagh was once the Tipperary country residence of the notorious Lord Norbury. It saw one of its residents murdered and finally succumbed to the flames of the Civil War.

Another entertaining ramble down the byways of local history, the talk will be held in the Belfry room overhead Steeples on O'Rahilly St.
