Buddy Up for Centra’s 21 day Challenge

Did you know that an exercise buddy helps you exercise more, in comparison to going it alone? If your partner is emotionally supportive, the amount of exercise increases even further!1 So grab a friend, sign up on centra.ie and kick start living well with Centra’s 21 day Buddy Challenge.

 

This June, ‘buddy up’ with your best pal to complete the specified buddy workouts three days each week for 21 days. The workouts are all about fun, connection and pushing you and your partner to get 1% better each session! The goal of Centra’s monthly Live Well challenges is to make small, consistent lifestyle changes that will help you live well and stay on track. This month, fitness expert Pat Divilly has buddied up with Marcus O’Laoire to take on Centra’s Live Well challenge – check out centra.ie to see how they get on! If you’ve ever found it hard to drum up the motivation to get active, Centra’s Buddy challenge will definitely help you get off the couch. Since February over 12,000 people have signed up to Centra’s challenges. Today is the launch of the fifth challenge which encourages people to live well each month with exercise and healthy living plans.
