Open meeting for business people in Nenagh

Want to meet like-minded business people?

The Derg Business Alliance is holding a business networking meeting at the Hibernian Inn, Nenagh, this Thursday evening. All are welcome to drop in and find out about how you and your local business peers can be mutually supportive.

Set up in 2011, the Derg Business Alliance has members from Tipperary, Limerick and Clare. It was founded on the ideal of getting businesses working together during the recession and to keep work local.

The group meets weekly to share ideas and problems. This pooling of information and resources has helped members to drive their business forward at local level.

Presently comprising 15 members, the Derg Business Alliance represents a broad spectrum of businesses, from the likes of professional services to solicitors, accountants and tradespeople.

The group also holds open meetings aimed at getting new people involved. They meet in Killaloe, and new members from a wide catchment radius are always welcome.

Chairman of the group Dave Devery pointed out that a lot of business people want to network but don't really know what happens at these forums. This Thursday's event is an opportunity to come and find out what the Derg Business Alliance does and how it can benefit your business.

It gets underway at the Hi-B at 6.45pm this Thursday, September 21st. For more information, email enquiries@dergbusinessalliance.ie. See also the website dergbusinssalliance.ie.
