Donal Ryan at Nenagh Bookshop this evening

Perhaps the most anticipated Irish novel of this autumn comes from the font of much celebrated Newtown author Donal Ryan.

 

'All We Shall Know' is Donal's third novel and fourth overall publication following last year's short story collection, 'A Slanting of the Sun'.

 

This time the focus is on a pregnant woman in her 30s who is abandoned by her husband after he discovers that the child is not his. The father is a 17-year old Traveller with whom the central character has had an affair.

 

'All We Shall Know' was published by Transworld Ireland last Thursday. Donal will launch his new novel at The Nenagh Bookshop on Tuesday September 20th at 7pm.
