Nenagh site with permission for 238 houses on market for €1m

A ready-to-go development site in Nenagh with full planning permission for 238 houses is on market with an asking price of just over €1 million.

The 'Droim an Oir' site on the town's Dromin Road also has full planning permission for eight serviced sites, two retail units and a creche. It is being advertised for sale by local agent Eoin Dillon of Real Estate Alliance with an AMV of €1,050,000.
The prime site comprises approximately 30 acres (12.14 hectares), over all development site. It has frontage to the Dromin Road. Two of the houses (11 & 12) have been fully completed and sold and accordingly are not part of the sale.
Lands are mainly zoned Existing Residential, with a portion commercial, amenity and another portion new residential.
The original planning permission (06520083) was extended by 12520008 and does not expire until April 2017. Planning permission 08520011 and 10520006 changed the house types for a number of the dwellings.

Some of the sewerage drains are in and a significant amount of the earth moving has taken place.
