Larkins christmas fair in garrykennedy this sunday
Why not get into the Christmas spirit and visit Larkin's Christmas Fair by the shores of Lough Derg in Garrykennedy on Sunday, December 21st.
Festive mince pies and mulled wine will be served up at Larkin's award winning bar and restaurant where some of the top local food producers and designers will be displaying wonderful gifts edible festive fare.
One of Ireland's top fashion designers, Marian Murphy Cooney will be there showing some of her creations as well the makers of Derg Farmhouse Cheese. Nenagh based Jody Brown's Design Shop will also be taking part and there will be Christmas bouquet table arrangements by Una's Flowers.
Larkins, the only Tipperary establishment on the Michelin list of top food pubs, will be showing a range of Christmas foods, including their own signature puddings, jams, chutneys and brandy butter.
The event kicks off at 1pm and everyone is welcome. A highlight for young boys and girls will be the screening of a children's Christmas film classic at 4.30pm. Admission to the event is free.
