Tipperary Clubs encouraged to join Re-Live Initiative during National Climate Action Week

Tipperary Sports Partnership, in partnership with the Environment Section of Tipperary County Council, has launched the ReLive Initiative for sports clubs across the county as part of An Taisce's National Climate Action Week, taking place from 12th to 18th October.

The initiative encourages sports clubs to organise local Sports Gear and Equipment Swap Events, helping to reduce waste, promote the reuse of sporting items, and make participation in sport more affordable and accessible for individuals and families throughout the county.

Sports clubs are invited to take part by hosting an event during Climate Action Week.

Clubs wishing to participate must register their event by Friday, 9th October. All events must take place between 12th and 18th October. Participating clubs are responsible for organising and promoting their own events and, following their event, are asked to submit photographs to info@tipperarysports.ie.

As an added incentive, every club that successfully hosts a ReLive event will be entered into a draw to win €500 for their club.
