John Gleeson Clarification

CLARIFICATION

This week's Nenagh Guardian includes an article on page 71 on the death of a Tipperary hurling great, Liam King. The article also references the passing of his Tipperary team-mates in the full-back line from the 1971 All-Ireland Senior Hurling winning team.

We would like to clarify that John Gleeson, is hale, hearty and still alive. We would like to apologise to John, his family, friends, neighbours, and Moneygall GAA club, for the distress and inconvenience this has caused.
