Warriors for Humanity

Lorrha senior Tipperary camogie star, Clodagh McIntyre, is never one to stand still, as we all know.

She is off to Kenya in November to participate in Plant the Planet Games 2026 for Self Help Africa. This initiative is focused on creating a sustainable future for those most in need. Clodagh would be very grateful for any support to help raise much needed funds with every cent raised going directly to this great cause.

They are hosting a special GAA and Camogie Kids Camp at Éire Óg Nenagh GAA Club on this Thursday and Friday, August 20 and 21. The camp will run from 10am until 2pm on both days and is open to children aged between seven and 14. Young players attending the camp will have the opportunity to learn from the two sports stars while there will also be guest appearances and coaches from the Tipperary GAA and Camogie teams.

The cost of the camp is €50 per child or €80 for a family, with all proceeds going towards Self Help Africa and Warriors for Humanity. Places can be booked by contacting Clodagh on 087 7677206 or Andrew on 087 6836692. Well done, Clodagh and Andrew, and the best of luck.
