The Watch Centre Junior ‘A’ Hurling Championship Final

The North Junior ‘A’ Hurling Championship Final between Kilruane MacDonaghs and Roscrea takes place this Saturday, August 15th in Templederry at 6.30pm.

Borris-Ileigh’s Gerry Treacy will be the man in the middle for the game where Kilruane are aiming for their first win since 1998 while Roscrea are looking for their first title since 1986.

The Watch Centre Junior ‘B’ Hurling Championship

The two quarter finals will take place this Friday, 14th August with Roscrea hosting Toomevara in Roscrea and Moneygall travelling to Newport with both games at 6.45pm. Borrisokane and Ballina await the winners in the semi-finals.

Ger Gavin Home Interiors Minor Hurling Championships

The group stages are complete in the Minor Championships with the semi-finals to take place Wednesday 19th August at 6.45pm.

In the ‘A’ grade, Newport take on Borris-Ileigh in Templederry and Kilruane MacDonaghs face Roscrea in Toomevara.

In the ‘B’ grade, Naomh Eoin take on Ballinahinch/Templederry in Puckane and Moneygall will play Portroe in Nenagh.

Minor Football Championships

Both ‘A’ & ‘B’ Football Finals take place this Wednesday, 11th August. Shallee will host the ‘A’ decider between Newport and Ballina while in the ‘B’, Naomh Eoin take on Toomevara in Roscrea. Both games throw in at 7.00pm.

Juvenile

The U16 ‘A’ & ‘B’ quarter finals took place on Monday. In the ‘A’ grade, the semi-finals will be contested by Newport, Nenagh Eire Og, Kilruane MacDonaghs and Toomevara. In the ‘B’ grade, Lorrha, Moneygall, Kiladangan and Borris-Ileigh make up the last four with dates and times to be confirmed.
