New use for Brothers’ residence

Conditional planning permission has been granted for a new use of the former CBS Brothers’ residence in Nenagh.

The Board of Management of St Joseph's CBS has received permission to change the use of the residential building on the school grounds to assembly and recreation use. The new use is to be educational, as well as changing rooms in the existing garage. External fire stairs and related elevational changes are included in the plan.
