New apartments for Templemore

Tipperary Co Council has granted conditional planning permission for eight new apartments in Templemore.

Martin Bourke has received permission for the construction of six one-bed and two two-bed duplex apartments at New Row, Kiltillane. Site services are planned, including connection to a previously granted public foul and surface water drainage system.

Agreement in principle has been reached to transfer one apartment to the council in accordance with Part V of the Planning and Development Act.
