40th anniversary of Our Lady Queen of Ireland Church, Rathcabbin

Lorrha and Dorrha Parish Pastoral Council would like to thank all who were involved in last week’s celebration of the 40th anniversary of Our Lady Queen of Ireland Church in Rathcabbin.

Special thanks to the liturgy group for preparing the beautiful Mass; to the parents, children, servers, and choir; and to all who contributed to the wonderful publication ‘The Soul of Dorrha, The Spirit of Rathcabbin’ marking the history of the church and the parish of Dorrha.

We also extend our gratitude to the ladies’ group for organising the refreshments in the hall. Thank you all for helping to make this occasion so memorable.

The new publication ‘The Soul of Dorrha, The Spirit of Rathcabbin’ is now available in the Scéal shop and will soon be stocked in selected outlets across Portumna, Birr, and Borrisokane.
