Go-ahead for A-Team

Conditional planning permission has been granted for the A-Team to set up a permanent base in Nenagh.

Tipperary Co Council has granted conditional planning permission to applicant Ailish Cleary for the subdivision and change of use of portion of the former Rorer factory unit at Lisbunny Industrial Estate. The unit is to have a new use as a community building to be operated by the A-Team.

Permission has been granted for an internal alteration of the building, the provision of signage on the building, new pedestrian access gate from the public footpath along the Dublin road, and a covered bicycle storage area.

The A-Team operates a youth club for local people with autism.
