A share of €1,500 in Love Tipperary Gift Cards is up for grabs in a festive competition.

The Big Christmas Giveback campaign encourages nominations for people and organisations who deserve a festive boost - with €1,500 in Love Tipperary Gift Cards a possible prize.

The Love Tipperary Gift Card is heralding the festive season in a wave of positivity as it backs a new competition, with €1,500 in Love Tipperary Gift Cards to be won.

A national competition, The Big Christmas Giveback, aims to give back to unsung heroes - including charities, community groups and individuals - by shining a light on the positive work being done in local communities.

People simply nominate at www.lovelocalwin.ie, with the person or organisation with the most nominations taking home a €1000 Town & City Gift Card, such as the Love Tipperary Gift Card, and one person who nominated them winning a €500 gift card.

Almost one year since the launch of the Love Tipperary Gift Card, a joint initiative between County Tipperary Chamber and Tipperary County Council, Michelle Aylward, Chief Executive at County Tipperary Chamber said the campaign is a chance to celebrate local heroes.

“What better way to start the festive season than by celebrating the people and organisations who choose to give back to Tipperary throughout the year. From charities providing essential services to people who generously donate their time to help others, organisations who give back to the community to groups making a positive impact on the lives of many. I hope to see many nominations from across Tipperary for The Big Christmas Giveback.”

The Love Tipperary Gift Card is part of the award-winning Town & City Gift Card concept from fintech Miconex active across Ireland.
