Glamorous fashion show fundraiser
The annual Nenagh Glamorous Fashion show organised by Mary Garrigan is back and will take place in the Abbey Court Hotel, Nenagh, on Friday, November 7. The popular event is a fundraiser for Milford Hospice and Care Centre, Limerick. It promises to be a great night out and begins with a pre-show reception with Bubbles and Bites while The Midland String Quartet will be providing entertainment in the Tee Pee from 6.30pm and the fashion show will commence at 8pm. This will be opportunity for you meet and greet the fashion influencers on the night. There will also be trade stands to view with the option for you to purchase your favourite items if desired!
Event organiser Mary Garrigan is a native of Nenagh and has many years of experience working in the fashion and style industry. Mary ran her own boutique called Cameo Boutique for many years in Nenagh town before moving on the work as the manageress n Pamela Scott’s boutique in Nenagh. Mary has recently been appointed as the manageress of Lisa Baker Boutique in Nenagh and they have two sister shops in Dublin.
The committee are kindly donating all proceeds from this year’s show to Milford Hospice and Care Centre in Limerick. The fashion show will be co-hosted by fashion stylist Marietta Doran and Mary Garrigan. And to make the night even more exciting there will be a number of brilliant prizes for the best dressed ladies, along with the best shoes and handbags. There will also be a raffle on the night with some amazing prizes including vouchers and hampers to be won. There will a goodie bag worth over €50 for all ladies who will attend this fabulous night!
We have some high-profile fashion influencers attending such as Marietta Doran along with Faith Amond, Fiona Morgan-Coleman and Kate O’Connell. The Laois Rose, who won this year’s Rose of Tralee is joining us on the night along with some other surprises! All of our local models are thrilled and excited for this year’s fashion show.
