Young Frankenstein comes to Nenagh!

Tickets are now on sale for Nenagh Choral Society Youth Academy's production of ‘Young Frankenstein’.

Get ready for a night of laughter, outrageous comedy, and toe-tapping tunes in NCS Youth Academy's latest production, running from October 21 - 25!

A musical comedy based on the 1974 Mel Brooks film, NCSYA's ‘Young Frankenstein’ brings to life the zany tale of Dr Frederick Frankenstein as he inherits his infamous grandfather’s Transylvanian estate. At first determined to distance himself from his family's macabre legacy, Frederick is eventually drawn into his ancestor's footsteps, reanimating the dead with the help of his quirky assistants Igor, Inga and the eerie housekeeper Frau Blücher.

Led by our director/choreographer Stephanie Browne, chorus mistress Mary Rose McNally and musical director Niall Kelly, the cast of ‘Young Frankenstein’ have worked throughout the summer to get this production ready for this October. With memorable songs like 'Puttin' on the Ritz' and 'Transylvania Mania', energetic dance numbers, quirky characters, and over-the-top performances, it's the perfect blend of comedy and chaos. Don’t miss this electrifying show that’s sure to leave you in stitches!

Tickets cost €20 plus booking fee and can be found on www.ticketsource.eu. Keep an eye on our social media for any future updates to this amazing production.
