Nenagh Special Summer Camp success

Nenagh Special Summer Camp Committee would like to thank all those that have participated in the camp this year.

We had a wonderful three weeks of Nenagh Special Summer Camp again this year and none of it would have been possible without our fantastic volunteers and campers. A special word of thanks to the teenagers, who were full of energy, kindness and patience. You were all such a pleasure to deal with, and thanks to your teachers from Nenagh College, St Mary's, CBS and Borrisokane CC, who facilitated in recruiting volunteers earlier in the year.

Our adult volunteers have been instrumental in keeping the show on the road, and we are very fortunate to also have willing nurses who give up their time to ensure everyone remains safe and well throughout the duration of camp.

As NSSC is a very proud local charity, we love to avail of the many activities and amenities on our doorstep. There have been so many organisations, suppliers and businesses that have been so generous and accommodating over the years, so we won't individually name anyone. But we would like to express our deepest gratitude to all who were part of NSSC.

Finally, thank you to the parents and children who are at the core of the NSSC community, because your children bring so much joy to all of us.
