A vibrant collaborative art project

Pupils from St Cronan’s NS, Rosemount, recently took part in a vibrant collaborative art project led by ceramic artist Monica O’Meara.

Working alongside members of Age Friendly Roscrea, the students co-created a beautiful clay and ceramic mural inspired by the themes ‘Welcome, Community and Working Together’. This intergenerational initiative celebrated community spirit, creativity, and connection, bringing young and old together through shared artistic expression.

Supported by the Tipperary Artists in Schools Programme, the mural will be proudly displayed outside the school as a lasting symbol of unity and collaboration within the local community.

We are grateful to Tipperary County Council for providing such initiatives where schools and communities come together.
