Apartments planned for Nenagh

A plan for the development of 12 apartments in Nenagh has been submitted to Tipperary Co Council.

Michael Eustace and Co Ltd is planning the demolition of an existing single-storey derelict dwelling house and construction of 12 two-bed apartments in three separate blocks at St Conlon's Road.

The first block is to consist of four two-bed apartments in a two-storey block with car parking, connection to services, bin storage and ancillary site works accessed off St Conlon's Road. The second and third blocks are to each consist of four two-bed apartments in a two-storey block with car parking, connection to services, bin storage and ancillary site works accessed from a new entrance off the Coille Beithe estate road.

The application was received by the council on November 2 and has since been marked "incompleted".
