The life, times and legacy of James McDonagh

A talk entitled 'The Life, Times and Legacy' of the executed 1916 leader James Connolly will be delivered at the MacDonagh Museum on this Friday, October 6, at 8pm by Séanna Walsh.

This talk will be an engaging exploration of Connolly's role as a pioneer of the early trade union movement, his politics, his leadership role in the 1916 Rising and the impact he had on the history of Ireland.

Séanna Walsh is the centre manager at the James Connolly Visitor Centre in Belfast. Admission to the talk is free, but booking is advised through Eventbrite as space is limited.
