Housing plan for Templemore

Tipperary Co Council has received a planning application for the development of 36 residential units in Templemore.

Martin Bourke is seeking permission for a development in the town at New Row. The plan consists of 22 two-storey semi-detached dwelling houses, 10 duplex apartments and four semi-detached bungalow houses.

Also included in Mr Bourke's planning application is a new vehicular and pedestrian access, along with boundary treatments, landscaping, site services - including a connection to public foul and surface water drainage system - and all associated site works.

The council is to make a decision on the application by May 28.
