Breda's 90th!

At the social mixed in Templemore Golf Club on Wednesday, August 12, a very special celebration took place when members presented flowers and a cake to a surprised Breda Murphy to mark her upcoming 90th birthday.

Breda is one of the club’s stalwart members and plays a key role in organising senior golf every Monday, while also frequently appearing in the winners enclosure.

Every Wednesday night, she is central to the successful running of the social mixed, taking entries and organising the tea and sandwiches upstairs afterwards. Having been a member of the club for 51 years, Breda truly is one in a million.
