‘Eye on Nature’ in Moneygall

‘Eye on Nature’ is the proposed name for a new agri-tourism educational development planned at Cloncannon Biofarm in Moneygall.

Sean O’Farrell is seeking planning permission for a single-storey classroom with WC, kitchenette, wheelchair ramp, car park, revised entrance layout, connection to existing wastewater treatment system and all ancillary works. Mr O’Farrell plans to bring visitors to his farm and to educate them in relation to nature, biodiversity and farming, and the relationship between the two.

Tipperary Co Council is to issue a decision on the application by May 4 next.
