Green light for Nenagh gym

Tipperary Co Council has granted conditional planning permission for a new gym in Nenagh.

Nenagh Éire Óg GAA Club sought permission for retention of excavations to the viewing embankment and construction of a concrete floor slab at its MacDonagh Park premises on St Conlon’s Road. The club also sought permission to construct a new gymnasium building and all ancillary sitework.

In granting permission last month, the council made a number of requirements, including one stating that no amplified music shall be played in the gym building.
